Pre-collection reminder

A final chance for your customer to pay your invoice, without additional costs. We send an email and a letter on our letterhead with a final payment deadline.

BreytaPro

For entrepreneurs with 5+ debt collection cases per year. One annual fee, no setup costs per case, and a 15% discount on legal fees.

Judicial Debt Collection Procedure

For disputed claims or when amicable resolution fails. We handle the legal proceedings ourselves, at a competitive rate.

Bankruptcy Petition

For situations where a debtor consistently fails to pay and other avenues yield no results. We will jointly assess whether a bankruptcy petition is appropriate and likely to succeed.
