What does it cost me if you are not successful?
In that case you only pay the setup fee of € 34.95. No further costs, no subscription, no hidden bills afterwards. Upon payment, we recover the collection costs from your debtor, not from you.
How long does an average collection case take?
We work with a fixed 8-week process in which we intensively contact your debtor. In 91% of cases the money is collected within that period. Often even faster: payment within one to two weeks is common. If amicable collection does not succeed within 8 weeks, we advise you on next steps and you decide how to proceed.
What if my debtor disputes the claim?
For disputed claims we first make contact to assess the basis of the dispute. If the dispute is justified, we advise you openly and honestly about your position. If the dispute is unjustified or insufficiently substantiated, we continue the process. If amicable resolution proves impossible, we can handle the court collection procedure ourselves.
Do you also work for private debtors?
Yes. As long as you submit as a business, we can handle claims against both business and private debtors. For private debtors specific legal rules apply (such as the WIK demand letter) which we follow. Ask Finn if you have doubts whether your case fits.
