In this interview we speak with Jeroen de Rooij from trade credit insurer Coface.
Jeroen, how long have you been working with Breyta?
'We have been working together for a few years now. It started with an interim employee from Breyta and from there it developed into a 50/50 collaboration. When the temporary role came to an end, we continued our collaboration with Breyta as a partner. On a personal level and in terms of knowledge, this collaboration suits us extremely well.'
What problem does Breyta solve for you?
'I work at a credit insurer, we insure turnover. You apply for a limit with us and we say whether that is possible or not. When we have clients with unpaid invoices from their debtors, we first go through our own process, then we look at what we can do next. We have various options, and engaging Breyta is one of them. By using Breyta's help, we can keep our service level at the desired standard.'

'Breyta really stands out through the people who work there. They are extremely pleasant to work with, have a wealth of knowledge and are great people. The lines are short and the social aspect is completely fine, they are very approachable and deliver consistent quality. In this interview we speak with Lyall van den Bosch, team lead credit & collection at Exact.
Lyall, how did you end up at Breyta?
'We have been working with Breyta since 2024. A Breyta employee previously worked with us as a contractor for a specific project. Through that collaboration we already knew Breyta's quality and way of working. So when we were looking for a reliable collection partner, the choice was made quickly.'
And when this employee left, you stayed in touch?
'Yes, of course I knew Breyta is a collection agency. We had been working with a number of parties at Exact for a while, and because this employee knew the background of those outstanding claims, I thought: we can make good use of that. Breyta knows the history, the people within the organisation and sometimes even the clients. That is an advantage over the other parties we work with.'
What are the other advantages of working with Breyta?
'We initially chose Breyta because we know them well and because they know our history. I think that is also why our cases do not end up as just another case like any other. That is something you see more often with the smaller collection partners. At larger agencies it is often bulk work and a simple calculation: time versus money. With Breyta you notice that they deliver more tailored work and give personal attention. They make that one extra phone call, for example, which gives you a better chance of success. And the results speak for themselves; we are very satisfied.'
