Then you pay no collection commission: no cure, no pay. Only the one-time setup fee of € 34.95 (or € 69.90 for complex cases) is paid at the start. After our collection process you receive a non-binding proposal with our assessment: close at no cost or push on via court follow-up. The choice is yours. Good question, some collection agencies claim “free” or “completely free of charge”. In practice they hide this in administration fees or commissions afterwards. We prefer to be honest upfront.

For your € 34.95 we provide:

• setting up a complete file

• personal contact between your fixed specialist and the debtor

• legally required demand letters (such as the WIK letter for private debtors)

• weekly contact via WhatsApp, email, phone or letter

• access to our online portal where you follow the status 24/7

Our setup fees are significantly lower than the actual costs of such a process. This is possible because our business model works: 91% succeeds, and those cases support the process through collection costs charged to the debtor.

We handle virtually all cases for a € 34.95 setup fee. Only in three specific situations do we charge € 69.90:

• the claim is disputed by the debtor

• a collection process has already taken place

• the invoice is more than one year outstanding

In these situations more preparation is needed and the chance of success is lower. During the submission form you see the final rates for your case before placing your order. Our way of working (no cure, no pay on collection commission, fixed legal costs) remains the same in both cases.

Then our collection commission is € 150.

No. The setup fee covers the amicable collection process. If our process does not lead to full payment, you receive a non-binding proposal with our assessment. You can then close the case at no cost, or decide to push on via a court procedure.

For court follow-up and engaging a bailiff we charge fixed, known-in-advance costs, not no-cure-no-pay, but you always know where you stand before you decide to proceed.

Only in exceptional cases. Sometimes a debtor unexpectedly puts up extensive legal defence during the process which requires investigation. In that case we cannot simply continue.

We then come to you first with an explanation and a tailored cost estimate. Only after your approval do we engage our lawyer. No approval? Then we stop the process, with no costs on top of what you have already paid.

Pre-disputed cases we always handle subject to reservations. We first investigate whether we have sufficient legal counter-arguments before starting.

You can always close the case after our collection process, which on average takes about 8 weeks. Stopping before that time is possible, but then we charge the collection commission for the work we have already done.

Important: do not make any payment arrangements with your debtor outside of us during the process. If the debtor still pays during or shortly after our process, our collection commission applies. Read our terms and conditions for the exact arrangement.

Does your debtor have a payment proposal? Always discuss it with us, we coordinate it together with you. Our arrangements run for a maximum of 6 months, but in practice full payment is often made much faster. We take your specific preferences into account. Our goal is always: to bring your case to a successful conclusion with as few costs as possible.
