Thanks to our collection process, your debtor pays everything. Everything is the sum of the invoice amount outstanding with you plus the collection costs and interest.
The costs have been paid by your debtor. You receive the full invoice amount in your account on the same working day.
Partial payment
Your debtor does not pay the full amount after our collection process. You can close the case or continue with a court collection procedure.
If you wish to close the case, you receive the amount collected, minus the costs.
No payment
Your debtor pays nothing after our collection process. Even then there are no costs for you.

Your debtor pays nothing at all after our collection process. Then you pay nothing either.
You can have the case closed free of charge or continue with a court collection procedure after which the bailiff can seize income or property. For this too, Breyta is the right address.

What does no cure, no pay collection mean?
No cure, no pay literally means: no result, no costs. Whether your debtor pays or not, you do not pay for the collection costs. Only in the exceptional case where your debtor makes a partial payment do we withhold the collection costs from the amount received.
How does no cure, no pay collection work?
No cure, no pay works with us as follows.

How does no cure, no pay collection work with a private debtor?
Is your debtor a consumer and have they not yet received the so-called "WIK letter"? Then we still need to send it. In this letter the private debtor is given 14 days to pay without collection costs. If the debtor pays within 14 days, we withhold the collection costs from the amount paid.
After the 14-day period we can recover the collection costs from the debtor.
May a collection agency work on a no cure, no pay basis?
Yes, collection agencies are allowed to work on the no cure, no pay principle. That is why Breyta can offer collection processes on this basis. Other professional groups, such as lawyers, are not allowed to do this.
