What will you be doing here?
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire collections process, from amicable to legal. You will manage your own portfolio of cases and will be the point of contact for both clients and debtors.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of collection cases for various B2B clients
- Conduct results-oriented negotiations with debtors (by phone and in writing)
- Prepare summonses and guide the legal process
- Build strong relationships with clients, bailiffs, and lawyers
- Actively contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions
You will work for clients in various sectors, making your work diverse and educational.
