Hoe werkt 𝙣𝙤 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚, 𝙣𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙮 incasso bij een particuliere debiteur?

Is je debiteur een consument en heeft hij nog niet de zogenoemde "WIK-brief" ontvangen? Dan moeten wij deze nog sturen. In deze brief krijgt de particuliere debiteur 14 dagen de tijd om te betalen zonder incassokosten. Als de debiteur binnen 14 dagen betaalt, houden wij de incassokosten in op het betaalde bedrag. Na de termijn van 14 dagen kunnen wij de incassokosten verhalen op de debiteur.
